We are looking for a

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (gn*)

In our headquarter in Kundl

You will be the strategic lead for performance marketing, shaping and executing campaigns that move the needle. You’ll drive growth via SEM, paid social, e-mail/CRM channels, optimize conversion funnels and work closely with brand, content, and tech teams. You will own the performance setup end-to-end: from creative ideas to data tracking to budget management to campaign optimization.

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

Drive growth of our integrated partner brands through SEM, paid social media, email/CRM and website performance
Lead continuous CRO and funnel optimization initiatives
Manage and optimize retail media campaigns through partner networks like Criteo or directly with retailers
Define performance KPIs, manage budgets, monitor and analyze campaign performance
Mentor, collaborate and drive E-commerce and brand teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Content, Tech/Product, Brand) to ensure consistent strategy and execution
Build and maintain a high performance, agile marketing setup and potentially integrate AI/automation tools to scale

WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:

Proven experience (best 2 to 4 years) in performance marketing and managing projects
Strong digital marketing proficiency: SEM, paid social, email/CRM, CRO, analytics
Analytical mindset: experience with campaign tracking tools, attribution, handling budgets & metrics
Strategic thinking: ability to craft performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Leadership & communication skills — manage project teams, collaborate broadly, make decisions in a dynamic environment
