YOUR MISSION WITH US:
- Responsibility for the establishment, development, and performance of our top brands in the areas of either Audio, Imaging, Home Consumer Electronic products or Healthcare products.
- Close cooperation with brand partners to develop strong sales strategies and product ranges for the European markets
- Responsibility for sales to customers, close cooperation with field sales and direct exchange with decision-makers in the retail sector
- Active involvement in (online) marketing measures and development of sales activities
- Market-, competition- and trend-analyses to identify new sales and growth potential
- Conducting negotiations on contracts, terms and conditions, and strategic partnerships
- Occasional travel within Europe (trade fairs, suppliers, industry events)
WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:
- Enthusiasm for innovative consumer products
- Experience in brand or product management and sales – with a strong market and customer focus
- Entrepreneurial thinking, numerical understanding, and a good sense for market opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English. Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, French is not mandatory but would be great.
- Proactive, can-do attitude, high level of personal responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork
