YOUR MISSION WITH US:
- Leave your mark: Concept and design visually stunning on‑ and offline communication - from digital ads, landing pages, and social media assets to entire trade show booths, brochures, packaging, POS, sales decks and videos
- Shape our digital world: Oversee the visual identity across our websites, ensuring UX‑optimized layouts, visual hierarchy, and perfectly crafted graphics. Collaborate with the world´s most wanted tech brands like Marshall, GoPro or Polaroid and be the driving creative force behind our own in-house brands
- Craft striking imagery: Handle product & advertising photography, lighting, retouching and preparing assets for web, print, marketplace content and campaigns
- Collaborate like a pro: Work hand‑in‑hand with brand management, eCommerce, internal and external partners to turn ideas into visually powerful experiences
- Push creative innovation: Integrate and master AI tools in your daily workflow and constantly experiment with new design technologies, emerging trends and next‑gen workflows to elevate our visual output even further
WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:
- 6 - 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction
- A portfolio that proves your mastery across print, digital & branding
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in photography, retouching and image optimization
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color and composition
- Ability to manage multiple design projects with precision
- Good German and English Knowledge
- Curiosity for creative innovation (AI tools, automated workflows, new design tech)
